舒适护理在老年哮喘患者中的应用价值及护理质量研究进展

摘要

哮喘是临床医学公认的治疗难题，其发病机制与遗传因素、过敏原、炎症反应等密切相关，临床症状表现为被迫端坐式呼吸，面色苍白，严重呼吸困难等情况。老年哮喘是指年龄＞60岁，且经临床综合评估确诊为哮喘的患者。此类患者舒适度较差，需要高质量护理。现代护理理念以患者为中心，倡导对其提供身心灵社等多方面的护理，以提高生理和心理等多方面的舒适性。舒适护理是一种临床护理方法，从广义上通过采取各类护理措施降低不适因素，进而提高身心的舒适性，让患者受益。本文现以舒适护理概念为切入点，探讨舒适护理在老年哮喘患者中的应用价值及护理质量研究进展。

Abstract

Asthma is a widely recognized treatment challenge in clinical medicine, and its pathogenesis is closely related to genetic factors, allergens, inflammatory reactions, and disease hazards. Clinical symptoms include forced sitting breathing, pale complexion, and severe breathing difficulties. Elderly asthma refers to patients who are over 60 years old and have been clinically diagnosed with asthma through comprehensive evaluation. These patients have poor comfort and require high-quality care. The modern nursing concept puts patients at the center and advocates providing them with comprehensive care in terms of physical, mental, and social aspects to improve their physical and psychological comfort. Comfort nursing is a clinical nursing method that uses a broad concept to adopt various nursing measures to reduce discomfort factors or factors, thereby improving physical and mental comfort and benefiting patients. This article takes the concept of comfort care as the starting point to explore the application value and nursing quality research progress of comfort care in elderly asthma patients.
