The impact of precision nursing on the quality of life and pain of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
精细化护理对肺癌化疗患者生存质量及疼痛的影响

摘要

目的 观察精细化护理对肺癌化疗患者生存质量（Quality of Survival, QOS）及疼痛的影响。方法 将2024年2月-2025年10月接收的56例肺癌化疗患者纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参照组，每组28例。参照组进行一般护理，研究组进行精细化护理，对比两组护理前后的QOS指数、疼痛及生活希望评分。结果 护理前，两组QOS指数、疼痛及生活希望评分无明显差异（P＞0.05）；护理后，两组QOS指数、生活希望评分均提高，研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05），两组疼痛评分均下降，研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理对肺癌化疗患者QOS及疼痛有积极影响，可提高QOS，减轻疼痛。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of precision nursing on the quality of survival (QOS) and pain of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods 56 lung cancer patients who were admitted from February 2024 to October 2025 were included in the study and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, with 28 cases in each group. The reference group received general nursing, while the study group received precision nursing. The QOS index, pain, and life hope scores of the two groups before and after the nursing were compared.
Results Before the nursing, there was no significant difference in the QOS index, pain, and life hope scores between the two groups (P > 0.05); after the nursing, the QOS index and life hope scores of both groups increased, and the study group was higher than the reference group (P < 0.05), and the pain scores of both groups decreased, with the study group lower than the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Precision nursing has a positive effect on the QOS and pain of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, which can improve QOS and alleviate pain.
