Evaluation of the clinical value and nursing measures of the application of Zhuangyi acupuncture therapy in children with acute pharyngitis
壮医刺血疗法应用于小儿急性咽炎的临床价值及护理措施评估

摘要

目的 观察在对小儿急性咽炎患儿护理过程中开展壮医刺血疗法护理的效果。方法 前瞻性纳入2025年2-11月小儿急性咽炎患儿66例为对象，数字表随机抽样均分2组，对照组（33例）进行常规护理，观察组（33例）则需要在治疗期间接受常规护理的同时进行壮医刺血疗法护理。对两组患儿症状改善用时以及整体护理效果进行观察。结果 观察组患儿症状改善用时短于对照组，（P<0.05）。整体护理有效率，观察组高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在对小儿急性咽炎患儿护理过程中准确开展各方面基础护理的同时对患儿进行壮医刺血疗法有助于患儿各方面症状迅速进行改善，综合保障对患儿的护理效果，有助于患儿恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of using traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy in the nursing process of children with acute pharyngitis.
Methods A prospective study was conducted on 66 pediatric patients with acute pharyngitis from February to November 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table. The control group (33 cases) received routine care, while the observation group (33 cases) received both routine care and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy during the treatment period. Observe the improvement time and overall nursing effect of symptoms in two groups of children.
Results The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, (P<0.05). The overall nursing efficiency was higher in the observation group than in the control group, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Accurately carrying out basic nursing care in all aspects of acute pharyngitis in children, while providing strong medical acupuncture therapy to children, can help improve their symptoms quickly, comprehensively guarantee the nursing effect of children, and help them recover.
