Analysis of the application value of humanized nursing in operating room nursing for elderly patients with lower limb fractures
人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2024年12月收治的76例老年下肢骨折手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组，各38例。对照组实施手术室常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上实施人性化护理。对比两组患者的手术应激反应指标、护理满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果 干预组术后皮质醇、血糖水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 人性化护理可减轻老年下肢骨折患者手术室应激反应，提高护理满意度，降低术后并发症风险，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.
Methods 76 elderly patients who underwent lower limb fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group using a random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing in the operating room, while the intervention group received humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Compare the surgical stress response indicators, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups of patients.
Results The postoperative cortisol and blood glucose levels in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing can alleviate the stress response in the operating room of elderly patients with lower limb fractures, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and has high clinical application value.
