目的 分析正念减压训练干预在改善精神科护士情绪智力、缓解职业倦怠中的应用效果。方法 选取我院精神科男女病房各30名女护士,共计60名为研究对象,按照病房分组原则将女病房30名护士设为观察组,男病房30名护士为对照组,两组均接受常规管理与业务培训,观察组在此基础上同步开展8周正念减压训练干预,对比两组情绪智力量表(WLEIS)、职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)、正念五因素量表(FFMQ)评分。结果 干预前两组WLEIS评分、MBI-GS评分、FFMQ评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组WLEIS、MBI-GS、FFMQ各维度评分、总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 正念减压训练干预能够有效提升精神科护士的情绪智力水平,增强正念感知能力,缓解护士的职业倦怠症状,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction training intervention in improving emotional intelligence and alleviating occupational burnout in psychiatric nurses. Methods A total of 60 female nurses (30 each from male and female wards) were selected as the study subjects. The 30 female nurses were assigned to the observation group, and the 30 male nurses to the control group. Both groups received routine management and professional training. The observation group simultaneously underwent 8 weeks of mindfulness-based stress reduction training intervention. The scores of the WLEIS Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS), MBI-GS Occupational Burnout Scale (MBI-GS), and Five Factor Mindfulness Scale (FFMQ) were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in WLEIS, MBI-GS, and FFMQ scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each dimension of WLEIS, MBI-GS, and FFMQ, as well as the total score, were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction training intervention can effectively improve the emotional intelligence level of psychiatric nurses, enhance their mindfulness awareness, and alleviate symptoms of occupational burnout. It is worthy of promotion.
