Application of bird's nest nursing in blue light therapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia
鸟巢式护理在新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光照射治疗中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光照射治疗过程中实施鸟巢式护理的效果。方法 选取2024年3月至2025年3月我院接受蓝光照射治疗的高胆红素血症新生患儿60例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=30，鸟巢式护理）和对照组（n=30，常规护理）。对比两组新生儿生命体征稳定性、治疗依从性、皮肤完整性以及睡眠质量。结果 护理后，观察组新生儿生命体征稳定性、治疗依从性、皮肤完整性以及睡眠质量均优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 鸟巢式护理应用于低体温高胆红素血症蓝光照射治疗中，可显著提升护理效果，促进患儿康复，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing bird's nest style nursing during the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with blue light irradiation.
Methods Sixty newborns with hyperbilirubinemia who received blue light irradiation treatment in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (n=30, bird's nest style nursing) and a control group (n=30, routine nursing) according to a random number table method. Compare the stability of vital signs, treatment compliance, skin integrity, and sleep quality between two groups of newborns.
Results After nursing, the stability of vital signs, treatment compliance, skin integrity, and sleep quality of newborns in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of bird's nest style nursing in the treatment of low-temperature hyperbilirubinemia with blue light irradiation can significantly improve the nursing effect, promote the recovery of children, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
