Analysis of the effect of respiratory training combined with high-quality nursing intervention on promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension
呼吸训练联合优质护理干预促进老年慢阻肺并高血压患者康复的效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨呼吸训练联合优质护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并高血压患者康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年12月-2025年12月收治的80例老年慢阻肺合并高血压患者为研究对象，分两组，各40例。对照组实施慢阻肺合并高血压常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合呼吸训练与优质护理干预，两组均持续干预12周。比较两组患者干预后肺功能指标及护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组患者的FEV₁、FVC、FEV₁/FVC及护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 呼吸训练联合优质护理干预可有效改善老年慢阻肺合并高血压患者的肺功能，平稳控制血压，提升运动耐量和生活质量，同时提高患者护理满意度，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory training combined with high-quality nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension.
Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension admitted from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects, divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with hypertension, while the observation group received respiratory training and high-quality nursing intervention in addition to the control group. Both groups received continuous intervention for 12 weeks. Compare the lung function indicators and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients after intervention.
Results After intervention, the FEV₁, FVC, FEV ₁/FVC, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Respiratory training combined with high-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve lung function, stabilize blood pressure control, enhance exercise tolerance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension, and improve patient nursing satisfaction. It has high clinical promotion value.
