Observation on the effect of risk control nursing in preventing oral mucositis during chemotherapy in patients with hematological malignancies
风险控制护理在预防血液肿瘤患者化疗期间口腔黏膜炎发生的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析风险控制护理在预防血液肿瘤患者化疗期间口腔黏膜炎发生的效果。方法 开展应用性研究，选取2024年12月至2025年12月于新疆石河子大学第一附属医院血液科接受治疗的200例血液肿瘤化疗患者为研究对象，其中，2024年12月至2025年5月间入院的患者为对照组，2025年6月至2025年12月间入院的患者为实验组，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在对照组基础上给予风险控制护理，采用口腔黏膜炎发生率、住院时间及护理满意度评估患者干预前后的护理水平。结果 实验组口腔黏膜炎发生率低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对血液肿瘤化疗患者，实施风险控制护理的效果确切，能有效预防口腔黏膜炎的发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of risk control nursing in preventing oral mucositis during chemotherapy in patients with hematological malignancies.
Methods An applied study was conducted involving 200 hematologic malignancy patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Department of Hematology, First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University, Xinjiang, from December 2024 to December 2025. Patients admitted between December 2024 and May 2025 formed the control group, while patients admitted from June to December 2025 formed the experimental group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received risk control nursing in addition to routine care. The incidence of oral mucositis, length of hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction were used to evaluate nursing outcomes before and after intervention.
Results The incidence of oral mucositis was lower in the experimental group than in the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter, and nursing satisfaction was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing risk control nursing for patients undergoing chemotherapy for hematological tumors has a definite effect and can effectively prevent the occurrence of oral mucositis.
