目的 分析人文关怀和优质护理在白血病患儿中的应用效果。方法 随机将我院100例白血病患儿（2024年1月-2025年1月）分为各为50例的两组，对比常规护理（对照组）与人文关怀和优质护理（观察组）临床效果。结果 观察组干预后心理焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，患儿依从率、家属护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 白血病患儿开展人文关怀和优质护理，可以减轻患儿负面情绪，有助于提升患儿依从性以及家属护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care and high-quality nursing in children with leukemia. Methods 100 children with leukemia in our hospital (from January 2024 to January 2025) were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases each. The clinical effects of conventional care (control group) and humanistic care and high-quality nursing (observation group) were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of psychological anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the compliance rate of the children and the satisfaction of the family members with the care were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing humanistic care and high-quality nursing for children with leukemia can alleviate their negative emotions, and is helpful in improving the compliance of the children and the satisfaction of the family members with the care.
