针对性心理护理在胸外科手术患者中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析针对性心理护理在胸外科手术患者中的应用。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2024年8月至2025年8月期间收治胸外科手术患者，共计人数60例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（针对性心理护理干预），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据做整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析针对性心理护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者在心理状态评分以及术后并发症发生率方面，均低于对照组；术后康复指标则优于对照组。两组数据对比，P值小于0.05，具备统计学层面的意义。结论 针对胸外科手术患者实施针对性心理护理干预，可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状况，减轻患者心理负担，推动患者术后身体恢复，降低术后并发症出现概率，缩短住院时长，整体成效显著，适宜推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of targeted psychological nursing in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.
Methods The experimental sample consisted of 60 thoracic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025. Participants were randomly divided into two groups using computerized randomization: the control group (standard care) and the observation group (targeted psychological nursing intervention). Relevant index data were recorded and compared using statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical value of targeted psychological nursing intervention.
Results The observation group showed lower scores in psychological status and a lower incidence of postoperative complications compared to the control group. Postoperative rehabilitation indicators were superior in the observation group. The P-value was less than 0.05, indicating statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   Implementing targeted psychological nursing intervention for thoracic surgery patients can effectively alleviate adverse psychological conditions such as anxiety and depression, reduce psychological burden, promote postoperative physical recovery, decrease the probability of postoperative complications, and shorten hospitalization duration. The overall efficacy is significant and warrants widespread application.
