Exploration of the teaching path of core courses in nursing empowered by digital intelligence: Taking internal medicine nursing as an example
数智化赋能护理学专业核心课程教学路径探索——以内科护理学为例

摘要

目的 探讨数智化技术赋能的教学路径在护理学专业核心课程《内科护理学》中的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样法，选取同一年级九个平行教学班，随机分为对照组（167人）和实验组（167人）。对照组实施传统线下教学，实验组采用基于优慕课、雨课堂等平台的线上-线下混合式教学路径，该路径深度融合思政案例与临床情景模拟，重构了“课前-课中-课后”的教学闭环。课程结束后，比较两组学生的课程结课成绩、自主学习能力及核心能力。结果 实验组的期末理论考核成绩（85.21±4.76）、过程性考核成绩（89.74±3.92）及课程总成绩（86.83±4.17）均显著高于对照组（P<0.001）。同时，实验组在干预后的自主学习能力总分（121.13±5.22）及核心能力总分（156.67±11.03）亦显著优于对照组（P<0.001）。结论 在《内科护理学》教学中应用数智化赋能的混合式教学路径，能有效提升护生的学业成绩、自主学习能力与护理核心能力，为护理专业课程的教学改革提供了可借鉴的实践路径。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching path empowered by digital and intelligent technologies in the core course “Internal Medicine Nursing” of the nursing major.
Methods Using the cluster sampling method, nine parallel teaching classes from the same grade were selected and randomly divided into the control group (167 people) and the experimental group (167 people). The control group received traditional offline teaching, while the experimental group adopted an online-offline hybrid teaching approach based on platforms such as Youmu Course and Yuke Classroom. This approach deeply integrated ideological and political case studies with clinical scenario simulations, and restructured the “pre-class - in-class - post-class” teaching loop. After the course, the course final assessment scores, autonomous learning ability, and core ability of the two groups of students were compared.
Results The final theoretical assessment scores (85.21 ± 4.76), process assessment scores (89.74 ± 3.92), and total course scores (86.83 ± 4.17) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.001). At the same time, the total score of autonomous learning ability (121.13 ± 5.22) and the total score of core ability (156.67 ± 11.03) of the experimental group after the intervention were also significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.001).
Conclusion   Applying the blended teaching path empowered by digital and intelligent technologies in the teaching of “Internal Medicine Nursing” can effectively improve the academic performance, autonomous learning ability, and core ability of nursing students, providing a feasible practical path for the teaching reform of nursing major courses.
