Study on targeted nursing care of patients with renal tumor undergoing partial nephrectomy under retroperitoneoscope
后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤患者行肾部分切除术的针对性护理研究

摘要

目的 分析予以后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤行肾部分切除术患者针对性护理的临床影响。方法 选择2023年4月-2024年3月本院收治60例后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤行肾部分切除术患者，随机数字表将其纳入两组，对照组（n=30）常规护理、观察组（n=30）针对性护理；比较两组术后恢复时间、并发症发生率、心理状态（SAS、SDS）及满意度。结果 观察组术后恢复时间短于对照组，并发症少于对照组，SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对后腹腔镜下肾肿瘤行肾部分切除术患者实施针对性护理可发挥积极作用，能够减少并发症，减轻患者负面情绪，缩短康复时间，获得认可。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing care for patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors.
Methods From April 2023 to March 2024, 60 patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumor were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=30) received routine nursing care and the observation group (n=30) received targeted nursing care. The postoperative recovery time, the incidence of complications, psychological state (SAS, SDS) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The recovery time, complications, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing can play an active role in patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors, which can reduce complications, reduce patients' negative emotions, shorten their rehabilitation time and gain recognition.
