Innovative application of QR codes in dynamic information management of venous catheterization

摘要

静脉置管是临床重症救治与长期治疗的关键血管通路技术，其传统管理模式存在信息静态固化、更新滞后、维护记录分散等弊端，现有静态二维码方案亦无法适配护理工作的动态需求。本研究创新构建“一管一码”动态信息管理方案，用数字工具通过分级授权机制实现后台实时更新与前端便捷查询的有机统一，整合导管核心静态信息、动态维护记录及状态标记，将纸质标签升级为可实时更新的“数字活页夹”，形成可视化导管生命日志。该方案显著提升信息时效性与管理连续性，为临床决策、护理交接、风险追溯及团队协作提供精准支撑，是护理信息化进程中轻量化的创新实践，具有重要推广价值。

Abstract

Venous catheterization is a key vascular access technique in clinical critical care and long-term treatment. The traditional management model has drawbacks such as static and fixed information, lagging updates, and scattered maintenance records. The existing static QR code solution also cannot meet the dynamic needs of nursing work. This study innovatively constructed a “one catheter, one code” dynamic information management scheme. Using digital tools and a hierarchical authorization mechanism, it realizes the organic unity of real-time update in the background and convenient query at the front end. It integrates the core static information of the catheter, dynamic maintenance records, and status markings, upgrading the paper labels to a real-time updateable “digital loose-leaf binder”, forming a visualized catheter life log. This scheme significantly improves information timeliness and management continuity, providing precise support for clinical decision-making, nursing handover, risk traceability, and team collaboration. It is a lightweight innovative practice in the process of nursing informatization and has significant promotion value.
