The application effect of seamless nursing based on mind maps in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery
基于思维导图的无缝隙护理在胃肠手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在胃肠手术患者围手术期开展基于思维导图的无缝隙护理的临床应用效果。方法 随机选取2024年12月至2025年12月期间我院接收的胃肠手术患者100例，根据随机数字表法开展分组研究，共分成观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组开展基于思维导图的无缝隙护理，将两种护理模式取得的临床效果进行对比分析。结果 分析结果显示，与对照组成员相比，研究组患者的护理遵从度显著增强。此外，研究组患者在术后经历的疼痛水平显著低于对照组。具体到术后恢复过程，研究组患者的排气时间、恢复正常饮食时间以及住院总时长均显著短于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 将基于思维导图的无缝隙护理应用于胃肠手术患者，能够有效提升临床护理服务的质量，增强患者的治疗依从性，显著减轻术后疼痛，加速患者身体的康复进程，并显著降低术后并发症的风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of seamless nursing based on mind maps in the perioperative period of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
Methods Randomly select 100 patients who received gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025. According to the random number table method, a group study was conducted, and the patients were divided into an observation group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received seamless nursing based on mind maps. The clinical effects obtained by the two nursing models were compared and analyzed.
Results The analysis results showed that compared with the members of the control group, the nursing compliance of the patients in the study group was significantly enhanced. In addition, the pain level experienced by the patients in the study group after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group. Specifically in the postoperative recovery process, the time for gas release, the time to resume normal diet, and the total length of hospital stay of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying seamless nursing based on mind maps to patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance patients' treatment compliance, significantly reduce postoperative pain, accelerate the patient's physical recovery process, and significantly reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
