Exploration of the nursing effect and incidence of complications of high-quality nursing in spinal fracture internal fixation surgery
优质护理在脊柱骨折内固术中的护理效果及并发症发生率探讨

摘要

目的 观察脊柱骨折内固定术患者中实施优质护理的价值。方法 将2025年1月-2025年12月内就诊的100例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象，依据随机分层法分50例为对照组实施常规护理，50例观察组实施优质护理，对比两组并发症发生率、护理后的整体护理效果。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。观察组患者术后3d的NRS评分低于对照组，功能锻炼依从性评分高于对照组，住院时间低于对照组，同时护理满意度优于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 脊柱骨折内固术中的患者实施优质护理可以降低并发症发生率，奠定较好的预后基础，加速患者早日康复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the value of high-quality nursing in patients undergoing spinal fracture internal fixation surgery.
Methods A total of 100 patients with spinal fractures who visited the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 50 patients receiving routine care and an observation group of 50 patients receiving high-quality care. The incidence of complications, overall nursing effect after care, and other indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The NRS score of the observation group 3 days after surgery was lower than that of the control group, the compliance score for functional exercise was higher, the hospital stay was shorter, and the satisfaction with nursing was better. The differences in these indicators were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing in patients undergoing spinal fracture internal fixation surgery can reduce the incidence of complications, lay a good foundation for prognosis, and accelerate the early recovery of patients.
