Research on the application of a humanities-centric care model focusing on psychological comfort in daytime chemotherapy patients in the digestive oncology department
聚焦心理舒适的人文照护模式在消化肿瘤科日间化疗患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨聚焦心理舒适的人文照护模式在消化肿瘤科日间化疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2024年10月-2025年12月期间我院消化肿瘤科日间化疗患者42例，按照随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组，对照组采取常规护理，实验组实施聚焦心理舒适的人文照护模式。探讨不同护理方式对患者的影响。结果 化疗前两组患者的心理状态评分无统计学差异（P＞0.05），化疗2周期后、化疗结束后1周等心理状态评分与对照组相比，实验组的评分更优（P＜0.05）。与对照组的躯体、角色、认知、情绪、社会功能等生活质量相比，实验组患者的评分数据更优（P＜0.05）。结论 聚焦心理舒适的人文照护模式应用于消化肿瘤科日间化疗患者，可有效改善患者心理状态，提升生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of a humanistic care model focusing on psychological comfort in daytime chemotherapy patients in the digestive oncology department.
Methods A total of 42 patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy in the digestive oncology department of our hospital from October 2024 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group was treated with the humanistic care model focusing on psychological comfort. The effects of different nursing approaches on patients were investigated.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in psychological state scores between the two groups before chemotherapy (P > 0.05). After two chemotherapy cycles and one week post-chemotherapy, the experimental group demonstrated superior scores compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the experimental group's quality of life scores in physical, role, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning domains were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The humanistic care model focusing on psychological comfort can effectively improve patients' psychological state and enhance their quality of life in the digestive oncology department for daytime chemotherapy, making it worthy of promotion.
