目的 分析超声引导下胃残余量监测对重症患者肠内营养的影响。方法 选取2024年5月-2024年12月至我院就诊的48例接受肠内营养支持的重症患者。根据Excel表格随机分组法均分为研究组(超声引导下胃残余量监测)、基础组(传统注射器抽吸),n=24。组间对比营养水平、其他指标。结果 两组营养支持前各项营养指标水平对比(P>0.05);营养支持2周时,研究组白蛋白、前白蛋白和血红蛋白水平均高于基础组(P<0.05);研究组达到目标输注量的时间和ICU住院时长均少于基础组(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下胃残余量监测能够提高行肠内营养支持重症患者的营养水平,缩短目标输注量的时间和ICU住院时长。
Objective To analyze the impact of ultrasound-guided gastric residual volume monitoring on enteral nutrition in critically ill patients. Methods A total of 48 critically ill patients receiving enteral nutrition support from May 2024 to December 2024 were selected from our hospital. They were randomly divided into a study group (ultrasound-guided gastric residual volume monitoring) and a control group (traditional syringe aspiration) using an Excel table randomization method, with n=24 in each group. Nutritional levels and other indicators were compared between the groups. Results No significant differences were observed in nutritional indicators before enteral nutrition support between the two groups (P>0.05). After 2 weeks of enteral nutrition support, the study group exhibited higher levels of albumin, prealbumin, and hemoglobin compared to the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the study group achieved the target infusion volume faster and had a shorter ICU hospitalization duration than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided gastric residual volume monitoring can improve the nutritional status of critically ill patients receiving enteral nutrition support, while also reducing the time to reach the target infusion volume and ICU hospitalization duration.
