Clinical study on the effects of breast acupoint massage combined with herbal foot bath on breast filling and milk output in postpartum women with lactation deficiency
乳房穴位按摩联合中药沐足对产后缺乳产妇乳房充盈程度及泌乳量影响的临床研究

摘要

目的 分析乳房穴位按摩联合中药沐足对产后缺乳产妇乳房充盈程度及泌乳量的影响。方法 该研究对象为产后缺乳产妇，样本纳入开始时间在2024年6月，纳入结束时间在2025年2月，纳入样本共300例，以随机数字表法当作分组原则，划分为对照组（常规治疗方案，n=150）、观察组（乳房穴位按摩+中药沐足，n=150）。对比两组的泌乳初始时间、泌乳量、乳房充盈程度及心理状态。结果 在泌乳初始时间与产后1天~3天泌乳量上，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。在乳房充盈程度评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分上，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 乳房穴位按摩+中药沐足有助于提高产后缺乳产妇的乳房充盈程度，提高泌乳量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of breast acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on breast fullness and milk secretion in postpartum lactation-deficient women.
Methods The study subjects were postpartum lactation-deficient women, with sample inclusion starting in June 2024 and ending in February 2025, totaling 300 cases. A random number table was used as the grouping principle, dividing them into a control group (conventional treatment, n=150) and an observation group (breast acupoint massage+traditional Chinese medicine foot bath, n=150). The differences in initial milk secretion time, milk secretion volume, breast fullness, and psychological state between the two groups were compared.
Results In terms of initial milk secretion time and milk secretion volume from postpartum day 1 to day 3, the observation group showed superior results compared to the control group (P<0.05). In breast fullness score, anxiety score, and depression score, the observation group also demonstrated better outcomes than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Breast acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath helps improve breast fullness and milk secretion in postpartum lactation-deficient women.
