Short-term and long-term effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on senile lumbar disc herniation
针灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的近远期疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析针灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的近远期疗效。方法 此次研究对象为64例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者，抽取自本院2023年1月-2024年1月期间，运用随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组，每组32例。其中对照组采取西医治疗，治疗组在上述基础上采取针灸治疗。对两组患者治疗1年后的有效率及复发率予以比较。结果 相比较对照组，治疗组治疗1年后的有效率显高（P<0.05），治疗后4周及12周疼痛评分显低（P<0.05）。复发率显低（P<0.05）。结论 针灸联合西医常规治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症，能明显提升近远期治疗效果，减轻疼痛及减少远期复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the short-term and long-term effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on senile lumbar disc herniation.
Methods 64 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the above. Compare the effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups of patients after one year of treatment.
Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher after 1 year of treatment (P<0.05), and the pain scores were significantly lower at 4 and 12 weeks after treatment (P<0.05). The recurrence rate was significantly low (P<0.05).
Conclusion   acupuncture and moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine treatment of senile lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the short-term and long-term treatment effect, reduce pain and long-term recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
