Application of comprehensive nursing strategies in hemodialysis patients and its impact on blood potassium compliance rate
全方位护理策略在血液透析患者中的应用及对血钾达标率的影响

摘要

目的 分析全方位护理策略在血液透析患者中的应用及对血钾达标率的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2026年3月我院血透室接收的62例血液透析患者作为研究对象，并按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=31，接受常规护理）和研究组（n=31，接受全方位护理策略），采用SPSS26.0统计学软件比较两组患者的护理指标。结果 护理3个月后，研究组的血钾水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），血钾达标率80.65%（25/31）显著高于对照组54.84%（17/31），二者对比存在统计学意义（χ2=8.363，P=0.030）；研究组的PCS得分和MCS得分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 相比于常规护理，全方位护理策略可显著改善血液透析患者的血钾水平，提高血钾达标率和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of comprehensive nursing strategies in hemodialysis patients and their impact on the achievement rate of blood potassium.
Methods Sixty-two hemodialysis patients admitted to the hemodialysis ward of our hospital from January 2024 to March 2026 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (n=31, receiving routine care) and a study group (n=31, receiving comprehensive nursing strategies) using a random number table method. The nursing indicators of both groups were compared using SPSS 26.0 statistical software.
Results After 3 months of nursing, the blood potassium levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the blood potassium compliance rate was 80.65% (25/31), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (54.84% (17/31)). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=8.363, P=0.030); The PCS and MCS scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Compared with conventional nursing, comprehensive nursing strategies can significantly improve the blood potassium levels, increase the compliance rate of blood potassium, and improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.
