The impact of homogeneous nursing model under information management platform on the incidence of complications during PICC catheterization for cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
信息化管理平台下同质化护理模式对宫颈癌PICC化疗患者置管期间并发症发生率的影响

摘要

目的 对信息化管理平台下同质化护理下宫颈癌PICC化疗置管期间并发症发生率的影响做探讨。方法 研究对象为在本院治疗的160例宫颈癌PICC化疗患者，经随机数字表法均等分为对照组和研究组，分别给予常规护理、信息化管理平台下同质化护理，对比置管期间并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 研究组并发症（皮肤过敏、渗血、感染、静脉炎、堵管或脱落）发生率为2.50%，显著低于对照组的12.50%（P<0.05）。研究组护理满意度（96.25%）显著高于对照组（85.00%）（P<0.05）。结论 信息化管理平台下同质化护理能显著降低宫颈癌PICC化疗置管期间并发症发生率，有效提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of homogeneous nursing under the information management platform on the incidence of complications during PICC catheterization for cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods The research subjects were 160 cervical cancer patients undergoing PICC chemotherapy in our hospital. They were equally divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, and were respectively given routine care and homogeneous nursing under the information management platform. The incidence of complications during catheterization and nursing satisfaction were compared.
Results The incidence of complications (skin allergy, bleeding, infection, phlebitis, catheter blockage or detachment) in the study group was 2.50%, significantly lower than 12.50% in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group (96.25%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.00%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Homogeneous nursing under the information management platform can significantly reduce the incidence of complications during PICC catheterization for cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and effectively improve nursing satisfaction.
