BIM技术以三维信息模型作为核心内容,把建筑构件、空间关系、工程量、进度计划、施工管理信息整合在一个统一的平台之上,给土建工程施工给予了可视化、协同化、精细化的管理方式。跟传统的二维图纸相比较而言,BIM能够在施工之前察觉到设计方面的冲突,在施工过程当中对进度、质量、安全、成本控制起到辅助作用,在竣工之后为运维管理奠定数据基础。目前,土建工程施工环境比较复杂,专业交叉现象频繁出现,对于质量安全的要求持续提高,BIM技术的应用有利于减少返工情况的发生,提高管理效率,优化资源配置。本文针对BIM技术在土建工程施工中的应用价值、主要场景、存在的问题、优化路径展开分析,期望能够为工程施工管理创新提供一定的参考。
BIM technology, with its core three-dimensional information model, integrates building components, spatial relationships, quantities, schedules, and construction management information onto a unified platform, providing a visualized, collaborative, and refined management approach for civil engineering construction. Compared to traditional two-dimensional drawings, BIM can detect design conflicts before construction, assist in controlling progress, quality, safety, and cost during construction, and lay a data foundation for operation and maintenance management after completion. Currently, the construction environment for civil engineering is complex, with frequent professional overlap and continuously increasing requirements for quality and safety. The application of BIM technology helps reduce rework, improve management efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. This paper analyzes the application value, main scenarios, existing problems, and optimization paths of BIM technology in civil engineering construction, hoping to provide some reference for innovation in engineering construction management.
