康复护理联合中医穴位贴敷对脑卒中康复的护理进展

摘要

现如今随着人们生活方式的改变，卒中年轻化趋势越来越明显。脑卒中俗称“中风”，是因脑血管阻塞或破裂引起的脑血流循环障碍和脑组织功能或结构损害的一组疾病，具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率及高复发率等特点。临床上以急性发病居多，表现为半身不遂、言语障碍，严重的可危及生命。近年来医疗领域对脑卒中的相关诊疗与康复研究不断深入并取得了显著进展。基于此，本文就康复护理联合中医穴位敷贴在脑卒中康复的护理应用进展进行讨论，就其临床应用及价值进行简要阐述，最后针对其当前应用中存在的问题进行分析，并提出改进建议，旨在为促进脑卒中患者功能恢复，早日回归家庭与社会提供参考。

Abstract

Nowadays, with the changes in people's lifestyles, the trend of lighter stroke age is becoming increasingly evident. Stroke, commonly known as “stroke”, is a group of diseases with cerebral blood circulation disorder and brain tissue function or structure damage caused by cerebrovascular obstruction or rupture, which is characterized by high incidence rate, high mortality, high disability rate and high recurrence rate. In clinical practice, acute onset is predominant, manifested as hemiplegia, speech disorders, and in severe cases, life-threatening conditions. In recent years, research on the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of stroke in the medical field has been continuously deepened and significant progress has been made. Based on this, this article discusses the progress of the nursing application of rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in stroke rehabilitation, briefly elaborates on its clinical application and value, and finally analyzes the problems existing in its current application, and puts forward improvement suggestions, aiming to provide reference for promoting the functional recovery of stroke patients and returning to their families and society as soon as possible.
