Evaluation of the effect of refined nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its impact on immune function
精细化护理在小儿支原体肺炎中的效果及对免疫功能的影响评估

摘要

目的 分析精细化护理干预在小儿支原体肺炎临床护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间收治的112例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施精细化护理。结果 观察组患儿的退热、咳嗽消失、肺部啰音消失及住院时间显著短于对照组，CD3⁺、CD4⁺及CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平更高，CD8⁺水平及CRP、TNF-α水平更低。结论 精细化护理能够显著缓解小儿支原体肺炎的临床症状，缩短住院周期。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of refined nursing intervention in clinical nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
Methods 112 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received refined care on this basis.
Results The observation group had significantly shorter fever reduction, cough disappearance, disappearance of lung rales, and hospitalization time compared to the control group. The levels of CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ were higher, while the levels of CD8⁺, CRP, and TNF-α were lower.
Conclusion   Fine nursing can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children and shorten the hospitalization period.
