The role of continuity of care in the long-term prognosis of elderly female patients after pelvic floor repair surgery
老年女性盆底修补术后患者延续性护理对远期预后的作用

摘要

目的 探讨老年女性盆底修补术后患者延续性护理对远期预后的作用。方法 于2024年1月-2024年12月期间，选取70例接受老年女性盆底修补术的患者为研究对象，电脑随机将患者分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上联合延续性护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组较对照组生活质量有明显提高（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组并发症发生率相对较低（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组负面情绪改善效果更加明显（P＜0.05）。结论 针对老年女性盆底修补术后患者，予以延续性护理对提高患者生活质量有显著效果，同时还能预防术后并发症，改善焦虑、抑郁不良情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of continuity of care in the long-term prognosis of elderly female patients after pelvic floor repair surgery.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, 70 elderly female patients who underwent pelvic floor repair surgery were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received continuous care in addition to routine care. The nursing effects were compared.
Results The quality of life in the observation group was significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was relatively lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The observation group showed a more significant improvement in negative emotions compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuous care for elderly female patients after pelvic floor repair surgery has a significant effect on improving their quality of life, preventing postoperative complications, and improving anxiety and depression.
