摘要

目的 探析基于格林模式的健康教育护理对冠心病患者疾病认知水平、自我管理行为影响。方法 选择2024年1月份至2024年12月份于我院接受治疗的80例患者进行研究,随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组,每组40例,对照组常规护理,实验组基于格林模式的健康教育护理,对比两组患者的疾病认知水平;自我管理行为;护理满意度。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理方案后,患者疾病认知水平更高,p<0.05,评估自我管理行为,实验组更高,p<0.05,分析护理满意度,实验组更高,p<0.05。结论 对冠心病患者提供基于格林模式的健康教育护理可以提升患者对疾病的认知水平,提高患者的自我管理行为,提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of health education nursing based on the Green Model on the disease cognition level and self-management behaviors of patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods 80 patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received health education nursing based on the Green Model. The disease cognition level, self-management behaviors, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results After providing different nursing plans to the two groups of patients, the patients in the experimental group had a higher disease cognition level, p < 0.05. The self-management behaviors were higher in the experimental group, p < 0.05. The nursing satisfaction was higher in the experimental group, p < 0.05.
Conclusion   Providing health education nursing based on the Green Model to patients with coronary heart disease can improve their disease cognition level, enhance their self-management behaviors, and increase their nursing satisfaction.
