The effect of continuity of care combined with exercise rehabilitation on the quality of life and cardiac function of patients with myocardial infarction after surgery
延续性护理联合运动康复对心梗术后患者生活质量及心功能的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对心梗术后患者实施延续性护理联合运动康复干预对生活质量、心功能的影响。方法 选取2024年11月-2026年1月在本院接受手术治疗的心梗患者38例，随机分作两组，常规组19例行常规护理，联合组19例行延续性护理联合运动康复干预，对比两组的生活质量及心功能。结果 联合组术后8周时的中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷（CQQC）评分较常规组高（P＜0.05）；联合组术后8周时的左心射血分数（LVEF）、6min步行试验距离（6MWT）较常规组高（P＜0.05）。结论 对心梗术后患者实施延续性护理联合运动康复干预可促进其生活质量及心功能有效改善。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing combined with exercise rehabilitation intervention on the quality of life and cardiac function of patients after myocardial infarction surgery.
Methods 38 patients with myocardial infarction who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2024 to January 2026 were randomly divided into two groups: the conventional group (19 cases) received routine nursing care, and the combined group (19 cases) received continuous nursing combined with exercise rehabilitation intervention. The quality of life and cardiac function of the two groups were compared.
Results The quality of life assessment questionnaire (CQQC) scores of Chinese cardiovascular patients in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group at 8 weeks after surgery (P<0.05); The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and 6-minute walk test distance (6MWT) of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group at 8 weeks after surgery (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuous nursing combined with exercise rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and cardiac function of patients after myocardial infarction surgery.
