Exploring the effect of extended nursing on inpatients in oral and maxillofacial surgery department
口腔颌面外科住院患者实施延伸式护理的效果探讨

摘要

目的 探讨口腔颌面外科住院患者实施延伸式护理的效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月期间，本院收治的80例口腔颌面外科住院患者为研究对象，并采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=40例，常规护理）与观察组（n=40例，延伸式护理）。对比两组患者的心理状态、自我护理能力、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分，均明显低于对照组患者；且观察组患者的各项自我护理能力评分与护理满意度，均显著高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对口腔颌面外科住院患者实施延伸式护理，可有效改善患者心理状态、提升自我护理能力及护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on inpatients in oral and maxillofacial surgery department.
Methods From January 2025 to December 2025, 80 inpatients with oral and maxillofacial surgery admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=40, conventional nursing) and the observation group (n=40, extended nursing) by random number table method. The psychological state, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; and the scores of various self-care abilities and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing extended nursing for inpatients in oral and maxillofacial surgery department can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, enhance self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
