Research progress on nursing interventions for the lifestyle of gout patients
痛风患者生活方式的护理干预研究进展

摘要

由于如今社会发展迅速，人们的衣食住行条件发生了很大改变，人群生活及饮食方式均出现了较为明显的改变，使得痛风的发病率及复发率出现了不同程度的增长，其中病程长，易复发等均属于痛风的主要特点，此类疾病的出现属于多方面因素共同作用的结果，与饮食，遗传，寒冷刺激等多方面因素均存在密切的联系，严重影响了患者生活质量。在实际对此类患者进行干预的过程中，不仅需及时落实针对性的治疗措施，同时需配合高效的饮食护理、用药护理、生活方式护理及延续性护理等多样化的护理措施，才能够最大程度地改善患者病情及预后。因此本文对痛风患者日常生活方式进行护理干预研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

Due to the rapid development of society, people's living conditions including food, clothing, housing and transportation have changed greatly, and people's life and diet have changed significantly, which has promoted the increase of the incidence rate and recurrence rate of gout to varying degrees. Among them, the long course and easy recurrence are the main characteristics of gout, and the emergence of this kind of disease is the result of the joint action of many factors. It is closely related to diet, genetics, cold stimulation and other factors, which has seriously affected the quality of life of patients. In the actual intervention process for such patients, it is not only necessary to implement targeted treatment measures in a timely manner, but also to cooperate with diverse nursing measures such as efficient diet care, medication care, lifestyle care and continuity care, in order to maximize the improvement of the patient's condition and prognosis. Therefore, this article provides a review of the research progress on nursing interventions for daily lifestyle of gout patients.
