Analysis of the impact of Kegel exercises combined with solution-focused therapy on the incidence of postoperative complications and constipation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids
探析提肛运动联合焦点解决模式护理对混合痔患者术后并发症发生率、便秘情况等的影响

摘要

目的 探析提肛运动与焦点解决模式护理联合用于混合痔术后护理的效果及对并发症、便秘和心理状态的影响，为优化护理方案提供参考。方法 选取2025年1-12月118例手术治疗的混合痔患者，随机分实验组和对照组各59例，对照组常规术后护理，实验组采用联合护理，对比两组术后并发症发生率、便秘情况。结果 实验组术后并发症总发生率（6.78%）显著低于对照组（22.03%）；实验组首次排便时间更短，排便困难评分更低，便秘发生率（5.08%）显著低于对照组（20.34%）；护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均显著降低，且实验组评分显著低于对照组；实验组护理满意度（96.61%）显著高于对照组（81.36%），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 混合痔患者术后实施联合护理，可降低并发症和便秘发生率，缩短首次排便时间，减轻排便困难，改善心理状态，提高护理满意度，有临床应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective The study explored the efficacy of combining Kegel exercises with focus solution model nursing in mixed hemorrhoids postoperative care and its impact on complications, constipation and psychological status to optimize nursing protocols.
Methods 118 mixed hemorrhoids patients in 2025 were divided into two groups of 59 each. The control group had conventional care, and the experimental group received combined nursing. Complications and constipation were compared.
Results The experimental group had a significantly lower complication incidence (6.78%) than the control group (22.03%, P<0.05), a shorter first bowel movement time, a lower defecation difficulty score, and a significantly lower constipation incidence (5.08%) than the control group (20.34%, P<0.05). After nursing, both groups' SAS and SDS scores decreased, with the experimental group's scores significantly lower (P<0.05). The experimental group's nursing satisfaction rate (96.61%) was significantly higher than the control group's (81.36%, P<0.05).
Conclusion   Combining Kegel exercises and solution - focused therapy for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids patients can reduce complications and constipation, shorten first defecation time, ease defecation difficulties, improve psychological status, and enhance nursing satisfaction. It has clinical value and is worth promoting.
