Observation of sequential nutritional nursing combined with homogeneous standardized nursing in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
营养序贯护理联合同质化规范护理在有机磷农药中毒患者中的观察

摘要

目的 浅析有机磷农药中毒患者采用营养序贯护理联合同质化规范护理进行住院期指导，保障患者的生命安全。方法 选取2024年5月至2025年4月本院接受治疗的有机磷农药中毒患者60例，就诊号单数者为对照组，实施常规护理，双数者为观察组，实施营养序贯护理联合同质化规范护理。对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者肠内营养不良事件发生率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者中毒严重评分低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对有机磷农药中毒患者实施营养序贯护理联合同质化规范护理的效果显著，有助于改善肠内营养不良事件，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To briefly analyze the guidance of sequential nutritional care combined with standardized homogeneous care for patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning during hospitalization, ensuring the life safety of patients.
Methods Sixty patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who were treated in our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected. Those with odd-numbered visit numbers were assigned to the control group and received routine care, while those with even numbers were assigned to the observation group and received sequential nutritional care combined with homogeneous standardized care. Compare the nursing effects.
Results The incidence of enteral malnutrition events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the severity score of poisoning in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of sequential nutritional care combined with homogeneous standardized care for patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has a significant effect, which is helpful to improve enteral malnutrition events and the intervention effect is definite.
