目的 探讨“微课程”基础下的PBL教学法在老年病科临床中医护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月-2025年6月在我院老年病科实习的60名护理学员,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,采用传统带教模式)与观察组(30例,采用“微课程+PBL”教学法)。比较两组学员理论成绩与操作技能成绩及综合能力评分。结果 观察组理论成绩、操作技能成绩均高于对照组;观察组自主学习能力、问题解决能力、沟通协作能力及中医辨证思维能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “微课程”基础下的PBL教学法可显著提升老年病科中医护理带教效果,提高学员的理论水平、操作技能与综合能力,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method based on "micro courses" in clinical traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching of geriatric diseases. Methods Sixty nursing students who interned in the Department of Geriatrics at our hospital from June 2020 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, using traditional teaching mode) and an observation group (30 cases, using the “micro course+PBL” teaching method) according to a random number table method. Compare the theoretical scores, operational skills scores, and comprehensive ability scores of two groups of students. Results The theoretical and operational skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group; The observation group had higher self-learning ability, problem-solving ability, communication and collaboration ability, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation thinking ability than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method based on “micro courses” can significantly improve the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in geriatric medicine, enhance the theoretical level, operational skills, and comprehensive abilities of students, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
