老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者护理中开展健康教育的临床价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨健康教育护理干预在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2025年1月-12月收治的70例老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者为观察对象。随机分为对照组与观察组各35例。对照组给予常规护理:观察组给予健康教育。对比两组患者疾病认知度、术后康复依从性及住院时长。结果 观察组患者疾病认知度评分、术后康复依从性均高于对照组,数据对比分析有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外观察组患者术后住院时长短于对照组,数据对比分析有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者开展健康教育,可有效提升患者对疾病的认知度以及康复依从性,进而促进患者早日恢复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of health education and nursing intervention in elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures.
Methods 70 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received health education. Compare the disease awareness, postoperative rehabilitation compliance, and length of hospital stay between two groups of patients.
Results The disease awareness score and postoperative rehabilitation compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the data comparison analysis showed statistical significance (P<0.05); In addition, the observation group had a shorter postoperative hospital stay than the control group, and the data comparison analysis showed statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Health education for elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures can effectively enhance their awareness of the disease and rehabilitation compliance, thereby promoting early recovery.
