Study on the syndrome-efficacy of electric press-tack needle therapy based on the meridian circulation theory of Five-Shu points in different syndrome types of rheumatoid arthritis
基于五输穴循行理论的电揿针治疗在类风湿关节炎不同证型中的证效研究

摘要

目的 探究基于五输穴循行理论的电揿针治疗对类风湿关节炎（RA）不同证型患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法 选取2025年7-11月80例RA患者，随机分为实验组（40例，电揿针+常规药物）与对照组（40例，常规药物）。对比两组中医证候积分、RAPS评分及血清RF、ESR等指标。结果 实验组总有效率高于对照组（χ2=8.538，P=0.003）；中医证候积分、RAPS评分均低于对照组（t=13.362、9.874，P＜0.001）；血清指标改善更显著。结论 五输穴电揿针治疗可精准改善RA不同证型患者症状，调节免疫炎症反应，疗效确切。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of electric press-tack needle therapy based on the meridian circulation theory of Five-Shu points in patients with different syndrome types of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Methods A total of 80 RA patients from July to November 2025 were randomly divided into an experimental group(40 cases, electric press-tack needle + conventional drugs)and a control group(40 cases, conventional drugs only).The TCM syndrome scores, RAPS scores, and serum indicators such as RF and ESR were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=8.538,P=0.003);the TCM syndrome scores and RAPS scores were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(t=13.362,9.874,P＜0.001);the improvement of serum indicators was more significant.
Conclusion   Electric press-tack needle therapy at Five-Shu points can accurately improve symptoms in RA patients with different syndrome types, regulate immune-inflammatory responses, and achieve definite curative effects.
