Study on the effect of outpatient specialist nurses-led “physiological-psychological-social” whole-course chain service for patients undergoing daytime knee arthroscopy
门诊专科护士主导的日间膝关节镜手术患者“生理-心理-社会”全病程链式服务应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨日间膝关节镜手术（KA）患者中门诊专科护士主导的“生理-心理-社会”全病程链式服务的效果。方法 选取日间KA患者80例，随机分为观察组（门诊专科护士主导的“生理-心理-社会”全病程链式服务）与对照组（常规护理）各40例，对比效果。结果 观察组术后下床活动时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时长均短于对照组，术后疼痛评分、心理状态评分低于对照组，社会支持评分、护理满意度评分、膝关节功能评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 门诊专科护士主导的“生理-心理-社会”全病程链式服务可缩短日间KA患者康复周期，改善心理状态，提升社会支持度与护理满意度，效果良好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of outpatient specialist nurses-led “physiological-psychological-social” whole-course chain service for patients undergoing daytime knee arthroscopy (KA).
Methods A total of 80 daytime KA patients were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (led by outpatient specialty nurses providing “physiological-psychological-social” comprehensive care throughout the disease process) and a control group (receiving routine care), with 40 patients in each group, to compare the effects.
Results The observation group had shorter postoperative ambulation time, wound healing time, and hospital stay compared to the control group. Postoperative pain scores and psychological status scores were lower in the observation group, while social support scores, nursing satisfaction scores, and knee joint function scores were higher(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Outpatient specialist nurses-led “physiological-psychological-social” whole-course chain service can shorten the recovery period for patients undergoing daytime KA, improve psychological state, enhance social support, and increase nursing satisfaction, with good results.
