中风偏瘫患者肢体康复的护理研究新进展

摘要

中风后偏瘫是脑卒中常见的功能障碍之一，严重影响患者的生存质量。近年，随着康复医学与护理学的融合，肢体康复护理在中风偏瘫患者中的应用不断拓展。本文旨在梳理中风偏瘫患者肢体康复护理的最新研究进展，涵盖病因、康复护理的理论基础、评价其干预方式，并结合现有研究中的证据，探讨不同护理模式的实践路径。本文指出，中医特色康复护理、早期介入、分阶段康复等多元策略，在改善肢体功能、提升生活自理能力、缓解心理负担等方面展现出积极效果。同时，当前研究在长期随访跟构建个性化方案等方面仍有不足，未来要进一步开展高质量临床研究，推动康复护理向整合化方向发展。

Abstract

Post stroke hemiplegia is one of the common functional disorders in stroke, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, with the integration of rehabilitation medicine and nursing, the application of limb rehabilitation nursing in stroke hemiplegia patients has been continuously expanding. This article aims to review the latest research progress in limb rehabilitation nursing for stroke hemiplegia patients, covering the etiology, theoretical basis of rehabilitation nursing, evaluation of intervention methods, and exploring the practical paths of different nursing models based on existing research evidence. This article points out that diversified strategies such as traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing, early intervention, and staged rehabilitation have shown positive effects in improving limb function, enhancing self-care ability, and alleviating psychological burden. At the same time, there are still shortcomings in long-term follow-up and the construction of personalized plans in current research. In the future, high-quality clinical research should be further carried out to promote the integration of rehabilitation nursing.
