Application of evidence-based nursing in patients with oral mucositis complicated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
循证护理在自体造血干细胞移植并发口腔黏膜炎病人中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析循证护理在自体造血干细胞移植并发口腔黏膜炎病人中的应用效果。方法 此次研究对象为48例自体造血干细胞移植并发口腔黏膜炎患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间。以随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组24例。其中前者采取常规护理，后者行循证护理。对两组口腔黏膜炎发生率、生活质量进行评价。结果 相比较常规组，实验组口腔黏膜炎发生率显低（P＜0.05），生活质量评分显高（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理可有效降低自体造血干细胞移植并发口腔黏膜炎患者的口腔黏膜炎发生率，提升患者生活质量，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with oral mucositis complicated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Methods The study subjects were 48 patients with oral mucositis complicated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, who were selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The former adopts routine care, while the latter adopts evidence-based care. Evaluate the incidence of oral mucositis and quality of life in two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had a significantly lower incidence of oral mucositis (P<0.05) and a significantly higher quality of life score (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Evidence based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of oral mucositis in patients with concurrent oral mucositis after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, improve their quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
