The impact of rapid recovery surgical nursing on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing transnasal resection of pituitary tumors
快速康复外科护理对垂体瘤经鼻切除术患者术后康复的影响

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复外科护理在垂体瘤经鼻切除术患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法 选择2024年5月至2025年5月期间接受经鼻切除术治疗的垂体瘤患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=30例，常规护理）与观察组（n=30例，快速康复外科护理）。对比两组术后首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及生活质量。结果 观察组首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组，生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理对于经鼻切除术的垂体瘤患者具有缩短术后康复，提高生活质量的积极作用，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing transnasal resection of pituitary tumors.
Methods Sixty patients with pituitary tumors who underwent nasal resection between May 2024 and May 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=30, receiving routine care) and an observation group (n=30, receiving rapid recovery surgical care). Compare the first time of getting out of bed, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, and quality of life between two groups after surgery.
Results The observation group had shorter time to first get out of bed, anal exhaust time, and hospital stay than the control group, and their quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing has a positive effect on shortening postoperative recovery and improving quality of life for pituitary tumor patients undergoing nasal resection, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
