摘要

目的 探讨糖尿病健康教育对内分泌护理患者治疗依从性的效果观察。方法 随机数字表64例(2024年7月-2025年7月)患者分为观察组(32例,糖尿病健康教育)及对照组(32例,常规内分泌护理)。比较两组患者治疗依从性、血糖指标、健康认知、自护能力。结果 观察组治疗依从性更高(96.88% VS 81.25%)(P<0.05)。FBG、PPBG、HbAlC对比,护理前可比(P>0.05),护理后降低且观察组更低(P<0.05)。4项健康认知对比,护理前可比(P>0.05),护理后提高且观察组更高(P<0.05)。ESCA对比,护理前可比(P>0.05),护理后提高且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者在进行内分泌护理的基础上开展糖尿病健康教育,可以进一步提高患者的治疗依从性,其血糖指标更优,患者的健康认知评分更高,自我护理能力有效增强,值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of diabetes health education on the treatment compliance of endocrine nursing patients.
Methods 64 patients (from 2024.7 to 2025.7) were randomly divided into the observation group (32 cases, diabetes health education) and the control group (32 cases, conventional endocrine nursing). The treatment compliance, blood glucose indicators, health cognition, and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.
Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher (96.88% vs 81.25%) (P<0.05). Comparisons of FBG, PPBG, and HbAlC showed that before nursing, they were comparable (P>0.05), and after nursing, they decreased and the observation group was lower (P<0.05). Comparisons of the four health cognitions showed that before nursing, they were comparable (P>0.05), and after nursing, they improved and the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Comparisons of ESCA showed that before nursing, they were comparable (P>0.05), and after nursing, they improved and the observation group was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For diabetes patients, conducting diabetes health education on the basis of endocrine nursing can further improve the treatment compliance of patients, with better blood glucose indicators, higher health cognition scores, and effectively enhanced self-care ability. It is worthy of application.
