Exploring the impact of diversified health education combined with personalized care on the postoperative recovery and psychological state of patients undergoing thyroid surgery with cosmetic suturing
探讨多元化健康教育联合个性化护理对甲状腺手术美容缝合患者术后康复情况及心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 本研究探讨多元化健康教育联合个性化护理在接受甲状腺手术且美容缝合患者中的应用效果及对术后康复和心理状态的影响，为临床护理方案优化提供参考。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月本院86例相关患者，随机分实验组和对照组，各43例。对照组常规护理，实验组采用多元化健康教育联合个性化护理。对比康复指标和护理满意度，评估心理状态改善。结果 实验组切口愈合与住院时间短，术后VAS评分低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后两组负面情绪缓解，实验组改善更好。实验组护理满意度（97.67%）高于对照组（81.40%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 该护理方式可缩短康复时间、减轻疼痛、改善心理、提高满意度，有临床价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective This study investigated the application effect of diversified health education combined with personalized nursing in patients undergoing thyroid surgery with cosmetic suturing, as well as its impact on postoperative recovery and psychological status, providing a reference for optimizing clinical nursing protocols.
Methods A total of 86 relevant patients from January to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received diversified health education combined with personalized nursing. Recovery indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared, and improvements in psychological status were evaluated.
Results The experimental group showed shorter incision healing time and hospitalization duration, as well as lower postoperative VAS scores, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Negative emotions were alleviated in both groups after nursing, with better improvement in the experimental group. The nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group (97.67%) was higher than that in the control group (81.40%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   This nursing approach can shorten recovery time, alleviate pain, improve psychological status, and enhance satisfaction, demonstrating clinical value and warranting promotion.
