Research on the application of clinical nursing pathways in the care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease
临床护理路径在老年冠心病护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 观察在对老年冠心病患者护理过程中按照临床护理路径进行护理的作用。方法 回顾性纳入2024年1月-12月进行常规护理老年冠心病患者47例（对照组），并回顾2025年1月-12月按照临床护理路径进行护理的老年冠心病患者47例（观察组）。对两组患者心功能水平，健康行为评分进行对比。结果 心功能水平，观察组护理后高于对照组，（P<0.05）。健康行为评分，观察组护理后高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在对老年冠心病患者进行护理过程中开展临床护理路径进行护理，改善患者在恢复期间的健康行为，指导患者在治疗期间准确进行各方面康复训练，从而起到帮助患者进行恢复的作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of nursing according to the clinical nursing pathway in the nursing process of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 47 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received routine nursing care from January to December 2024 (control group), and 47 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received nursing care according to the clinical nursing pathway from January to December 2025 (observation group). Compare the levels of cardiac function and health behavior scores between two groups of patients.
Results The level of cardiac function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care, (P<0.05). The health behavior score was higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing care, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing clinical nursing pathways in the nursing process of elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve their health behavior during the recovery period, guide patients to accurately undergo various rehabilitation training during treatment, and thus help patients recover.
