The effect of five elements music therapy combined with dandelion hot compress on postpartum milk stasis, breast pain, and breastfeeding outcomes
五行音乐疗法联合热敷蒲公英对产后乳汁淤积、乳房疼痛及母乳喂养效果的影响

摘要

目的 分析五行音乐疗法联合热敷蒲公英对产后乳汁淤积、乳房疼痛及母乳喂养效果的影响。方法选取2024年6月-2025年12月期间，本院妇产科收治的60例乳汁淤积患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=30例，常规治疗）与观察组（n=30例，五行音乐疗法联合热敷蒲公英治疗）。对比两组临床疗效、乳房疼痛情况、生活质量、母乳喂养情况。结果 观察组的临床总治疗有效率、各项生活质量评分、纯母乳喂养率，均显著高于对照组，且观察组经治疗后的VAS评分明显更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对产后乳汁淤积患者采用五行音乐疗法联合热敷蒲公英治疗，可有效缓解乳房疼痛、提升母乳喂养率与患者的生活质量，取得更佳的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of five element music therapy combined with dandelion hot compress on postpartum milk stasis, breast pain, and breastfeeding outcomes.
Methods A total of 60 patients with milk stasis admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from June 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=30, conventional treatment) and an observation group (n=30, five-element music therapy combined with dandelion hot compress). The clinical efficacy, breast pain status, quality of life, and breastfeeding outcomes were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group exhibited significantly higher overall clinical treatment efficacy, various quality of life scores, and exclusive breastfeeding rates compared to the control group. Additionally, the VAS scores of the observation group were notably lower after treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For postpartum milk stasis patients, the combined therapy of five-element music therapy and dandelion hot compress effectively alleviates breast pain, improves breastfeeding rates, and enhances patients' quality of life, achieving superior clinical outcomes.
