Observation on the effect of pelvic floor muscle comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with bladder training in patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy
盆底肌综合康复护理联合膀胱训练在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者中的观察

摘要

目的 探讨盆底肌综合康复护理联合膀胱训练在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者中的应用效果，为临床优化术后护理方案、改善患者预后提供科学依据。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月本院收治的前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者80例，随机分两组各40例。对照组采用常规术后护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施盆底肌综合康复护理联合膀胱训练，比较两组患者尿失禁改善效果及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组尿失禁治愈率、总有效率，显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 盆底肌综合康复护理联合膀胱训练可有效改善前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的排尿功能，增强盆底肌收缩能力，优化膀胱功能，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of pelvic floor muscle comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with bladder training in patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy, and to provide a scientific basis for optimizing clinical postoperative nursing schemes and improving patient prognosis.
Methods A total of 80 patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy admitted to our hospital from January2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing, while the observation group was treated with pelvic floor muscle comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with bladder training on the basis of routine nursing. The improvement effect of urinary incontinence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The cure rate and total effective rate of urinary incontinence in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Pelvic floor muscle comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with bladder training can effectively improve the urinary function of patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy, enhance the contraction ability of pelvic floor muscles, optimize bladder function, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
