老年健康管理服务产业链延伸对护理专业课程的改革需求研究

摘要

随着我国人口老龄化进程加速,截至2024年底60岁及以上老年人口已达3.1亿,老年健康管理服务需求刚性增长,推动产业链从基础照护向慢病管理、康复护理、居家康养等多领域延伸拓展。在此背景下,护理专业作为老年健康服务人才供给的核心载体,其课程设置与产业链延伸后的岗位需求衔接愈发紧密。当前传统护理课程仍以临床护理为核心,对老年健康管理相关内容覆盖不足,导致人才培养与产业需求存在脱节。基于此,本文立足老年健康管理服务产业链延伸趋势,探析其对护理专业课程的改革诉求,为优化护理人才培养模式、适配产业发展需求提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract

With the acceleration of China's aging population, the number of elderly people aged 60 and above has reached 310 million by the end of 2024. The demand for elderly health management services is rigidly increasing, promoting the extension and expansion of the industry chain from basic care to chronic disease management, rehabilitation nursing, home health care and other fields. In this context, the nursing profession, as the core carrier of elderly health service talent supply, has become increasingly closely linked to the job demands after the extension of the industry chain in terms of curriculum design. The current traditional nursing curriculum still focuses on clinical nursing as the core, with insufficient coverage of elderly health management related content, resulting in a disconnect between talent cultivation and industry demand. Based on this, this article focuses on the trend of extending the elderly health management service industry chain, explores its reform demands for nursing professional courses, and provides theoretical support and practical reference for optimizing the training mode of nursing talents and adapting to the development needs of the industry.
