在健康中国战略推进背景下,护理专业教学与就业服务双向赋能是破解高职护理人才供需失衡的关键。本文以遂宁职业学院为例,聚焦护理专业教学与就业服务双向赋能实践研究,剖析当前存在的教学目标与行业需求错位、实践平台与岗位标准脱节、赋能机制与协同效能失衡三大难点,从重构教学体系、共建实践基地、健全协同机制三个维度,结合实践路径与教师方法论,提出针对性解决方案,实现教学与就业服务精准联动,为同类院校护理专业人才培养提供实践参考,助力护理教育提质与就业服务增效。
Under the background of promoting the Healthy China strategy, the dual empowerment of nursing education and employment services is the key to solving the supply-demand imbalance of nursing talents in higher vocational education. This article takes Suining Vocational College as an example to focus on the practical research of bidirectional empowerment of nursing teaching and employment services. It analyzes the three major difficulties that currently exist: the mismatch between teaching goals and industry needs, the disconnection between practice platforms and job standards, and the imbalance between empowerment mechanisms and collaborative effectiveness. From the three dimensions of reconstructing the teaching system, jointly building practice bases, and improving collaborative mechanisms, combined with practical paths and teacher methodologies, targeted solutions are proposed to achieve precise linkage between teaching and employment services, providing practical references for the training of nursing professionals in similar colleges and universities, and helping to improve the quality of nursing education and increase the efficiency of employment services.
