Practice and value of meticulous nursing mode in airway management of patients with craniocerebral injury
颅脑损伤患者气道管理中精细化护理模式的实践与价值探讨

摘要

目的 分析在颅脑损伤患者的气道管理中纳入精细化护理模式的实际价值。方法 选取2023年3月至2025年3月在我院接受治疗的60例颅脑损伤患者，以研究对象匹配性原则进行分组，各30例。对照组为常规气道管理模式，观察组为精细化护理模式下的气道管理模式，比较两组的相关临床指标、心理状态及并发症发生风险。结果 观察组患者在吸痰次数、机械通气时间、ICU入住时间等指标上均显优（P<0.05）。干预后，观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组住院期间并发症发生率明显较低（P<0.05）。结论 以精细化护理模式开展对颅脑损伤患者气道管理工作，能够促进临床指标优化以提升预后康复效率，缓解负性情绪，遏制并发症发生风险，显示出良好应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of bringing meticulous nursing mode into the airway management of patients with craniocerebral injury.
Methods 60 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were divided into two groups according to the principle of matching subjects, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was in the routine airway management mode, while the observation group was in the meticulous nursing mode. The related clinical indicators, psychological state and the risk of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The patients in the observation group were significantly superior in sputum aspiration times, mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The meticulous nursing mode can promote the optimization of clinical indexes, improve the efficiency of prognosis and rehabilitation, relieve negative emotions and curb the risk of complications, which shows good application value.
