Analysis of the effect of continuity of care services in patients with urinary tract stones undergoing postoperative placement of double-J tubes
延续性护理服务在泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨延续性护理服务在泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月在本院接受泌尿系结石手术且术后留置双J管的60例患者，运用随机数字矩阵法分为两组。对照组给予常规出院指导与电话随访护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理服务。比较两组并发症发生率及自我护理能力。结果 观察组总发生率低于对照组；出院时，两组自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识水平、自护责任感等ESCA量表各维度评分比较（P＞0.05）；双J管拔除后1周，观察组各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者实施延续性护理服务，可有效降低并发症发生率，提高自我护理能力，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of continuity of care services in patients with urinary tract stones who have been placed in a double-J tube after surgery.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent urological stone surgery in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 and had a double J tube placed after surgery were selected and divided into two groups using a random number matrix method. The control group received routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up care, while the observation group received continuity of care services on the basis of the control group. Compare the incidence of complications and self-care ability between two groups.
Results The total incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; At discharge, a comparison was made between the scores of each dimension of the ESCA scale, including self-care skills, self-concept, health knowledge level, and sense of self-care responsibility, between the two groups (P>0.05); One week after the removal of the double-J tube, the observation group had higher scores in all dimensions than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of continuous nursing services for patients with urinary tract stones who have been placed in a double-J tube after surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve self-care ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
