Application and effect analysis of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of lateral neck lymph node dissection for thyroid cancer
甲状腺癌行侧颈区淋巴结清扫术围术期综合护理的应用及效果分析

摘要

目的 分析围术期综合护理应用于甲状腺癌行侧颈区淋巴结清扫术患者中的价值。方法 选取2020年2月至2025年2月在我院接受侧颈区单侧淋巴结清扫术治疗的200例甲状腺癌患者，按淋巴结清扫范围分为单侧组与双侧组。单侧组（n=150）为常规护理，双侧组（n=50）为围术期综合护理。结果 行综合护理的患者在胃肠道恢复时间、住院时间上均优于单侧组（P<0.05），但住院费用差异不显著（P＞0.05）。综合护理组的术后并发症发生率及心理痛苦量表评分更低（P<0.05），且患者护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 将围术期综合护理引入到甲状腺癌行侧颈区淋巴结清扫术患者的干预中，能够改善围术期指标，同时缓解患者围术期的负性情绪，降低并发症发生风险，提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with thyroid cancer undergoing lateral neck lymph node dissection.
Methods A total of 200 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent unilateral lateral cervical lymph node dissection in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2025 were enrolled and divided into a unilateral group and a bilateral group according to the scope of lymph node dissection. Unilateral group (n=150) received routine nursing, while bilateral group (n=50) received comprehensive perioperative nursing.
Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and hospitalization time of patients with comprehensive nursing were better than those of unilateral group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses (P > 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications and the score of psychological distress scale in comprehensive nursing group were lower (P<0.05), and the patients' nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Introducing perioperative comprehensive nursing into the intervention of patients with thyroid cancer undergoing lateral neck lymph node dissection can improve perioperative indicators, alleviate patients' negative emotions during perioperative period, reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
