目的 探讨标准化病人(Standardized Patient, SP)联合思政教育在急诊科实习护生教学中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2023年4月-2024年4月在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院北部院区急诊科实习的50名护生为研究对象,按照实习时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用SP结合思政教育的教学模式。比较两组护生教学前后的出科成绩、沟通能力及团队协作能力。结果 干预后,观察组护生的理论和操作成绩、临床沟通能力和团队协作能力均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 SP联合思政教育教学模式在急诊护理教学中具有显著效果,可有效提升实习护生的出科成绩、沟通能力以及团队协作能力,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patient (SP) combined with ideological and political education in emergency clinical nursing teaching for intern nurses. Methods A total of 50 nursing interns who completed their clinical training in the Emergency Department of Ruijin Hospital North, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, between April 2023 and April 2024 were selected using convenience sampling. They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the order of their internship period. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the observation group was taught using a combined SP and ideological and political Education model. The pre- and post-teaching performance, communication skills, and teamwork abilities of both groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the observation group demonstrated significantly higher theoretical and practical performance, clinical communication skills, and teamwork abilities compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The SP combined with Ideological and Political Education teaching model has a significant positive impact on emergency nursing education. It effectively enhances interns' academic performance, communication skills, and teamwork abilities, demonstrating great potential for broader application.
