目的 本文系统探讨以问题为导向(PBL)教学模式在胃肠外科肠造口护理临床带教中的应用效果,为专科护理人才培养提供循证依据。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月我院胃肠外科实习护生60名,随机分为对照组(采用传统教学模式)与观察组(实施PBL教学),对比两组的教学效果。结果 观察组理论(91.04±5.84)分、批判性思维(90.57±5.61)分、实践操作(91.08±5.03)分、综合评分(90.54±5.08)分,均显著高于对照组;观察组教学满意度96.67%,高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式可提升护生肠造口综合成绩和教学满意度,符合胃肠外科专科护理,特别是造口护理标准化培训的方向,值得在胃肠外科专科护理教学中推广应用。
Objective This study systematically explores the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching model in clinical teaching of stoma care in gastrointestinal surgery, providing evidence-based basis for the training of specialized nursing personnel. Methods Sixty nursing students in the gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (using traditional teaching model) and an observation group (implementing PBL teaching), and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in theory (91.04±5.84), critical thinking (90.57±5.61), practical operation (91.08±5.03), and comprehensive score (90.54±5.08). The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching model can improve the comprehensive performance and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in stoma care. It conforms to the specialized nursing of gastrointestinal surgery, especially the direction of standardized training for stoma care. It is worthy of promotion and application in the specialized nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.
